Refund policy

We do not accept refunds for any items purchased on our website or in store unless items are damaged or arrived not as described. 

Should there be a fault with the item, please contact us directly to explain the fault.  

Once product has been posted & is in the hands of the courier we do not take responsability for any damaged or lost items. It is your duty to ensure you contact the courier to deal with them directly. 

Please note: All items are vintage or antique, and as such there may be small defects such as marks or starch sports that may have been overlooked.
